“We signed on as foster parents for dogs and our job was to find forever homes for these animals that were not wanted for whatever reason.  We did not focus on why they were not wanted, we just focused on loving these “pets” and trying to find them a home.  Our first rescue was a big dog that needed a big yard and lots of socialization.​  The groomer loved him and took him.  It was VERY HARD to let go and we actually considered not doing it again, but our next rescue came and the moment we picked him up to save him from being put to sleep, we knew that we were his forever home.  We kept Andy, now Prince Baxter a.k.a Prince and he is now a part of our family!”
