“We were full of doubt as we planned to have a natural childbirth. We were full of doubt as we planned to provide nutrition and comfort for our child as best as we could. Everyone says “Breast is best!” but, the reality is, the message society sends can fill your mind with doubt. We had a backup plan for the birth at a hospital, just in case, we had bottles, we had formula, and everything else we could have needed had our plans did not work. But, everything worked as planned. We were able to have a natural childbirth and we’ve been able to provide my son with the best nutrition and comfort for 2 years! And, As of now, we don’t have a plan to stop either! We’ve learned to just stop planning and just go with the flow.”
