“I was always raised that I should never nurse my child, if I did I would be eating and living my life for my child. But when I got married and my husband agreed to have children with me he made me promise that I would nurse our child for at least the first 6 months or he wouldn’t have any children with me. I was so scared and confused, I had no idea what I was agreeing to, but I knew I wanted children with this man and I would do almost anything for them. With the help of my mother in law, sister in law and husband I was able to nurse my first until I got pregnant with my 2nd . Now I am nursing him and plan on nursing him until he is at least a year old.”
